Update downloads show progress: a bar with megabytes and percent in Settings, then a verifying step before the update is ready.
Settings > Updates is one card: the app and installed version, update status with its action, and the automatic download switch.
The update reminder is a compact one-line toast with Download and Restart to update right on it, its progress along the bottom edge, and an error if a download it started fails.
